Yani Rozalinov will conduct a one-day workshop suitable for children between the ages of eight and fourteen. Participants will learn about cyanotype, an easy and magical photographic process used to develop photographs or make photograms from ready-made stencils and plants. During the workshop, children will be able to make their own compositions, as well as develop their own photos, which will be taken on-site.
The workshop will be held in Sito Studio, a shared hand screen printing studio. The studio offers courses in serigraphy as well as various alternative techniques such as cyanotype, linocut, and ebru - painting on water. Their mission is to introduce the public to the world of screen printing from development to printing individual projects.
Yani Rozalinov is a lecturer of cyanotype workshops at Sito Studio and a number of other art spaces, a fan photographer and a driven explorer of different photographic processes. He is also a leader of cyanotype workshops at Photo Marathon organized by FotoFabrica.
