The latest project of the visual artist Vladzen, the photobook “Bulgarian Rave Archive” is a natural continuation of the eponymous exhibition presented at the end of 2021. The photobook emphasizes the archival research of the period in the late 1990s and the beginning of the new century. Without pretending to be an analytical and deep study, the book is rather an independent artistic object and aims to collect in one place a selection of curious materials such as photography, flyers, posters, articles, and interviews. The book integrates Augmented Reality (AR) filters as an added value to various videos, interviews, radio shows, and photos.
