FIG. – Festival for Illustration and Graphics is an annual event in Sofia, Bulgaria that originated in 2021. Since then, FIG. has become more than just a festival – a community of artists and art enthusiasts passionate about graphic arts and illustration gather around and experiment with the boundaries of censorship, artistic style, and mediums. We thrive by looking into the arts of illustration and graphics as a playground where everyone is welcome to explore their meaning on their own through a curated program of exhibitions, workshops, and lectures by local and international participants.
